Engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and anything else chassis or drivetrain. That is truck-shop work. We repair the house side: roof and sealant, rooftop AC, slide-outs, refrigerators, water heaters, furnaces, plumbing and tanks, generators, fiberglass, and 12V electrical.

No. We are independent, not a dealer or factory-authorized center, so we cannot perform manufacturer warranty repairs. If your component is under warranty, contact the manufacturer first: some reimburse independent repairs, many do not. We will be straight with you about which applies before you spend anything.

Mold and mildew on the evaporator coil and in the ducts. In a climate where dew points sit in the high 60s and 70s from May into November, a coil that never fully dries grows it, and a rig that sat closed up all summer is the classic case. A proper coil and drain-pan cleaning fixes it, usually in the $200 to $450 range. It is not a reason to replace the unit.

Inspect every year and expect to reseal high-wear points every two to three years here. The sun dries and cracks lap sealant, and then the summer pattern of daily afternoon storms tests every joint the same season. The smart window is spring, before the rains start in earnest and while the sealant can cure on dry days.

No, and with a dead slide you usually cannot tow it anyway, since most rigs should not travel with a slide extended. Slide motors, rack-and-gear mechanisms, and synchronization problems are all repairable where the rig sits. Stop forcing it and call; forced slides turn cheap repairs into expensive ones.

Usually not. Most will-not-light calls after a summer sitting are a wasp or mud-dauber nest in the burner tube, a failed thermocouple, or a corroded igniter: repairs in the $150 to $450 range, not the $700 to $1,800 a replacement costs. We diagnose before quoting either way.

That is a surge, and it is common here: this stretch between Tampa and Orlando is the country's busiest lightning corridor. We test each board separately, give you one combined written quote, and tell you honestly whether the total makes sense against the rig. Photos and a written scope go to your insurer. For diagnosis and approval, yes, by phone works if you cannot be on site, as long as we have access arranged. Many storage-lot and park jobs run with the owner still up north: we document with photos, call with the quote, and function-test on video if you want to see it work.

Yes: travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class A/B/C motorhomes, toy haulers, and park models on the house-systems side. The systems we repair (roof, AC, slides, plumbing, appliances, 12V) are largely the same hardware across brands.

Year, make, and model of the rig; what is failing and when it started; and exactly where it is parked: park and lot number, storage yard and row, or street address. Gate codes or visitor-pass instructions save time on the day.

Depends what the diagnosis finds. A capacitor, fan motor, or moldy coil on an otherwise sound unit is worth fixing. A compressor failure on a 15-year-old unit is not: replacement runs $1,200 to $2,500 installed. We give you both numbers and the honest recommendation, then you decide.

No surge pricing. The trip fee and hourly rate are the same regardless of urgency. What changes with demand is scheduling: in the November rush and after a storm, active water intrusion and no-AC-on-an-occupied-rig calls get priority over preventive work.
